In jogjakarta, we can find so many special food. remembering that in jogja there are 5 regency and each of it has their own special food. There are Gunungkidul, Bantul, Sleman, kotamadya Yogya andĀ kulonprogo. Thats right when people know gudeg is a specialĀ food from yogyakarta but the famous area of selling gudeg is in kotamadya yogyakarta near the palace sultanate and not in Gunungkidul or Bantul eventhough they are a part of yogyakarta.

what we like to describe now is a special food from Bantul. Yap, we have sate klathak, sate is a small pieces of meat roasted on skewer . but sate klathak is different, we can see the picture. it is sate cooking only using salt. only salt and there are no more season. of course it is delicious and tender. people said that the primary material is not the ordinary meat but it is made from the sheep whi ch is still young. Pople in jogjakarta, they like to est sate with sauce made from sauce de soja,pieces of onion and chili.
