and nowadays another cheat come up from the parking man. their target are motorcycles. as we know the charge of parking for motorcycle in joga ( not in the touristique area ) only 500 rupiahs. but since a couple of months the parking man increase the charge become 1000 rupaihs / unit. howcome?! we dont have that such of rule!.
